I recently thought that the impact of AI was making everyone closer to each other in terms of "what" you can achieve, regardless of the cost. Now a junior engineer can learn and build things that before only senior engineers could.

But I didn't consider the impact to engineers with experience until I realized it about my own way of working. Thanks to knowing what I need to do, I was able to prompt properly the models nad iterate faster. If LLMs are a multiplier, the more experience you have as a foundation, the more it's going to make an impact in productivity.
